Introducing ID Verification!


As a landlord, one of the most critical steps in the renting process is screening potential tenants. At Tenantcube, we understand the importance of a thorough screening process, which is why we're excited to announce our newest feature: ID Verification.

With ID Verification, landlords can now run a report on the ID of a potential renter to ensure that they are who they say they are. The process is simple: the applicant's ID will be scanned by its barcode to ensure its legitimacy, and the ID photo will be run against facial recognition to ensure that the applicant matches the person on the ID.

This feature is part of a wider onboarding platform that helps to streamline the screening process, making it more efficient and effective. It also helps to reduce the risk of rental fraud, which is becoming increasingly prevalent in the rental market.
