Digital Application
Instead of dealing with paper applications or akward PDF’s, our digital application allows you to send and receive applications directly from your mobile device. Simply download the Tenantcube app for Android or IOS.
Once you’ve downloaded the app, you’ll need to register an account. When this is complete, you’re ready to get started. Anytime you need to lease a property, simply add the listing along with any details. You will now be able to request applications for this property.
After an applicant has completed an application, you’ll be able to access it from the applications area of the Tenantcube web version. Here, you can review applications with all the required details such as employment, references, and liabilities. You’ll also find the supporting documents such as ID’s & pay stubs. You can easily share these details with the landlord. Within the application you’ll also be able to access background information and credit reporting from Equifax
Credit Report
Credit and background reporting inside of Tenantcube can be accessed in two ways. You can find them inside a digital application as discussed above. When an application is run this way, simply select to cover the cost of the report or alternatively you can pass this cost along to the applicant. Once a report is purchased, the report tab will switch to “view report” which can be found near the top of the application. Find a sample report here.

ID & Income Verification
Between the Tenantcube application and Equifax reporting, you’ll have a strong base from which to make your decisions, however, if you’d like to add that extra peace of mind you can do so by requesting Tenantcube verify an application's income and identity.
