Property Management Solutions is a company headed by Marissa Zuliani and located in Windsor, Ontario. As of August 2021, they employ 6 people and manage over 400 tenants in both single-unit and multi-unit properties.

If these documents proved satisfactory, the company would then hand-draft every lease agreement from scratch. This process was rocky, time-consuming and lacked professionalism. Once the owner accepts an application, the system generates a customized lease agreement that would be sent to the owner and their tenant to affix their e-signatures.
